Family Violence
Further Details of Allegations (Further and Better Particulars)
A Magistrate may order you to provide the Court with more information to progress your matter. This information is called 'Further Details of Allegations', previously known as 'Further and Better Particulars'. Further Details of Allegations should explain what family violence you have experienced and why it is likely to happen again.
